Step-by-Step Wiring (Base Trim)

📌 This guide focuses only on wiring connections. Please follow carefully to avoid “no power / no sound / no climate display” issues.

1. Connect the Main Power & Speaker Harness

• Plug the OE power & speaker adaptor into the factory connector.

• Make sure the connection is firm—this supplies both power and speaker signals.

2. Connect the AC Panel Harness

• Use the OE AC adaptor to connect the climate control panel to the new screen.

• This ensures all AC and climate control functions are displayed on the Android unit.

3. Connect the CAN Protocol Plug

• Insert the OE CAN protocol plug into the decoder harness.

• This enables steering wheel buttons and communication with the vehicle’s system.

4. Connect the AUX Audio

• For Base Trim, audio is routed through AUX.

• Plug the AUX cable into the factory AUX port.

• ⚠️ Double check the output connection—otherwise there will be no sound.

✅ Wiring Complete

Once these four connections are secured, your unit is ready for CANBUS setup and testing. Proceed to power on and verify all functions before final assembly.
