Troubleshooting & Installation FAQ

Why is there no sound from the Android screen after installation?
Ensure the provided 3.5mm AUX cable is plugged directly into the factory AUX jack inside the center armrest storage box, and select "AUX" as the active audio source on the original Acura CD radio unit.
What is the most critical step during ribbon cable connection?
Never hot-plug or connect the flat ribbon cable while the vehicle battery or ignition is ON. Power off completely before locking the ribbon cable into place and wrapping it with black cloth tape to prevent pin damage and short circuits.
Does this upgrade retain my factory backup camera?
Yes, the custom Roadnavier® T-harness interfaces directly with OEM video feed protocols, retaining factory rear-view camera operation on the new display upon entering reverse gear.
