Before You Buy

Roadnavier systems are vehicle-specific. Before placing an order, please take a moment to confirm that the product matches your vehicle and original configuration.

1. Confirm your exact vehicle

Please check:

  • Vehicle make, model and model year
  • Left-hand drive or right-hand drive
  • Your market or region, where relevant
  • The original dashboard, screen and control-panel layout

The original screen, buttons, climate-control panel and dashboard trim should match the product photos and compatibility notes on the product page.

2. Check your original factory system

Please confirm whether your vehicle has any factory features or upgraded audio equipment that must be retained, such as:

  • Factory amplifier or premium audio system
    (for example: Bose, Harman Kardon, Meridian, Mark Levinson or MOST fibre-optic system)
  • Factory reverse camera or 360° camera
  • Parking sensors
  • Steering-wheel controls
  • Climate-control display or vehicle settings
  • Original radio, CD/DVD function or OEM screen

Compatibility can vary by original system version, even within the same vehicle model and year.

3. Send photos before ordering if you are unsure

Use the online chat button and send us:

  • A clear front photo of your original dashboard with the screen powered on
  • A close-up photo of the original screen and control panel
  • Your vehicle model, model year and country
  • Details of any premium sound system, factory camera or other function you need to retain

A VIN can be helpful, but dashboard and original-system photos are often more important for confirming the correct version.

4. Installation

Many Roadnavier systems are designed for plug-and-play installation. However, the exact installation process and retained functions depend on your original vehicle configuration.

Professional Recommendation: We recommend that installation is carried out by an experienced automotive electronics installer. Please do not cut, modify or force any original wiring before compatibility has been confirmed.

5. Please confirm before booking installation

Do not book an installation appointment until you have confirmed the correct product version and any required accessories with Roadnavier.

Important Notice: If your vehicle has been modified, has a non-original head unit, an aftermarket amplifier, an aftermarket camera or missing original components, please contact us before ordering.
