Android + Original Mercedes System
The screen operates as a dual-system interface. Use the Android system for modern functions and switch back to the compatible original Mercedes-Benz NTG menu when required.
NTG 4.5 and NTG 4.7 do not require separate product selection for this screen. Function retention still depends on the factory audio system, camera type and optional equipment.
Does Your Vehicle Need the Fibre-Optic Audio Box?
Check the tweeter grille on the vehicle's A-pillar—the small speaker beside the windscreen.
“harman/kardon” lettering is visible
Your vehicle uses the Harman Kardon audio configuration. Select Harman Kardon — MOST Fibre-Optic Box Included. This interface is required to retain the compatible factory amplifier, speakers and subwoofer.
No Harman Kardon lettering
The standard audio connection is normally used and the additional fibre-optic audio box is generally not required.

Yes. The screen is designed as a dual-system interface, allowing you to switch between Android and the compatible original NTG menu.
Will the original amplifier, speakers and subwoofer continue to work?
Yes, with the correct audio configuration. Harman Kardon-equipped vehicles must select the option with the included MOST fibre-optic audio box to retain the compatible factory amplifier, speakers and subwoofer.
Do I need to identify NTG 4.5 or NTG 4.7?
No separate NTG 4.5 or NTG 4.7 selection is required for this product. Please compare your complete factory center-console appearance with the fitment photo and send us a photo if you are unsure.
Does installation require cutting factory wiring?
No factory-wire cutting should be required when the correct vehicle-specific harness is used. Follow the supplied installation instructions and do not modify original wiring.
Which memory configuration should I choose?
6GB RAM + 128GB storage is the recommended balance for smoother long-term Android performance. Higher-memory configurations are available for customers who frequently multitask or use more Android applications.
