One-year limited warranty for confirmed non-human-caused hardware faults.
We provide remote diagnosis first, then replacement parts, repair or replacement where appropriate.
Returns require prior approval. Unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Installed or used products cannot be returned because of a change of mind.

Acura MDX 2007–2013 12.3" Android CarPlay Screen Upgrade
Upgrade the factory navigation screen in your Acura MDX with a modern 12.3-inch touchscreen, Wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, GPS navigation and Android apps — while retaining the vehicle's original factory audio system.
Android and CarPlay audio are fed into the original Acura audio system through the factory AUX input. The Android screen does not replace the factory amplifier or directly drive the factory speakers.

2007–2009 Factory Navigation — DVD Navigation Drive Version
Supported factory-navigation configuration with the navigation system integrated into the DVD drive assembly.
2007–2009 Factory Navigation — Alternate Navigation Version
This alternate 2007–2009 factory-navigation dashboard configuration is also supported.
2010–2013 HDD Navigation / Technology Package
Supported with the correct 2010–2013 vehicle-specific wiring configuration. This version uses the later HDD-based factory navigation architecture.
2007–2013 Base / Non-Navigation
Base / non-navigation models use a different upper-dashboard and mounting structure. This 12.3" screen cannot be installed on this configuration.

12.3" HD IPS Touchscreen
Wide-format 1920 × 720 capacitive touchscreen with significantly more usable display space than the original navigation screen.
Retains the Factory Audio System
Android, CarPlay and Android Auto audio are introduced through the vehicle's factory AUX input. The original Acura amplifier, speakers and factory audio system remain in use.
Vehicle-Specific Integration
Different wiring configurations are supplied for the 2007–2009 factory-navigation systems and the 2010–2013 HDD Navigation / Technology Package.
How the Factory Audio System Is Retained
This upgrade replaces the factory navigation display, but it does not replace the complete Acura audio system. The original factory audio system remains responsible for amplification and speaker output.

The AUX connection is normally routed to the vehicle's original AUX input in the center console / armrest area. Depending on the vehicle configuration and supplied harness, the connection may use a 3.5 mm AUX plug or left/right RCA connection.
Audio Quality Note: The original factory amplifier and speakers remain in use, but Android / CarPlay audio enters the system as an AUX source. We therefore do not claim that every Android or CarPlay source will sound identical to the original factory CD or HDD source.
Original Backup Camera Is Not Retained
The original Acura backup camera is not retained with this Android screen upgrade. A replacement backup camera is included with the system.
The replacement camera connects directly to the new Android system and provides the rear-view image when the vehicle is placed in reverse.
