2. What tools do I need to prepare before installation?

  • A: Generally, you will need a set of car interior trim removal tools, screwdrivers (Phillips and flathead), electrical tape, cable ties, etc. Please refer to your specific car model's installation instructions for precise tool requirements.

3. What should I do if the wiring harness does not match during installation?

  • A: Our products typically come with dedicated wiring harnesses compatible with your car model. If you encounter a mismatch, please take photos immediately and contact our customer service. Do not attempt to modify the wiring harness yourself, as this may cause damage.

4. I'm a beginner; will it be too complicated to install it myself?

  • A: Our products are designed with user-friendliness in mind. For most users, as long as you follow the instructions and videos carefully and patiently, self-installation is completely feasible.
