⚙️ 1. Preparation
Tools Needed:

Plastic trim removal tools

Phillips screwdriver

10 mm socket wrench
-
Electrical tape & zip ties
-
Clean cloth
Before You Begin:
-
Turn off the ignition and remove the key.
-
Disconnect the negative battery terminal to avoid short circuits.

Prepare a clean working area and protect dashboard panels with a cloth.
🧱 2. Remove Original Factory Head Unit
-
Use a plastic pry tool to gently remove the side trim panels around the factory radio and A/C control.
-
Unscrew the four 10 mm bolts securing the OEM radio.
-
Pull the original head unit out carefully and disconnect all harnesses and antenna plugs.
-
Keep the original screws for reuse.
🔌 3. Connect the New Wiring Harness

Connect the main power harness from the new unit to the OEM connector (plug and play).
-
Plug in the CANBUS decoder, AUX/USB, GPS antenna, and Wi-Fi antenna.

If your vehicle has a BOSE amplifier, connect the BOSE harness and “AMP-CON” wire.

Wrap unused connectors with tape to avoid shorting or rattling.

Step 1 — Choose the correct wireharness

Step 2 — Remove Factory Head Unit
Pull the OEM radio out slowly and unplug all factory connectors.
Step 3 — Keep the AC box back
Step 4 — some plug just keep standby
🎥 5. Optional Connections

Rear Camera: connect RCA “CAM IN” and trigger wire to reverse lamp 12 V+.

Front Camera: use “FRONT CAM IN” RCA port if available.

Microphone (if external): plug into 3.5 mm MIC port and place near steering column.

SIM Card (if 4G version): insert SIM before installation.
🖥️ 6. System Setup

Language & Time Zone:
Go to Settings → System → Language. -
Wi-Fi / 4G Setup:
Connect to hotspot or use SIM data. -
Car Model Configuration:
Go to Factory Settings → Password8888
→ Select Nissan → Pathfinder R51. -
Steering Wheel Key Learning:
Settings → Steering Wheel → Assign each button (Vol + / Vol – / Mode / Next).

⚠️ 8. Troubleshooting
No Power:
Recheck harness connections and CANBUS box.
No Sound:
Connect “AMP-CON” wire or verify amplifier output.
Camera Image Upside Down:
Change camera type in factory menu.
Steering Wheel Buttons Not Working:
Relearn keys in Settings → Steering Wheel.
