1 Check Your System Information & Chipset
Before downloading or flashing files, verify your unit's MCU version and Android build to ensure firmware compatibility. Navigate to Settings > System Information on your screen.
2 Download the Official Firmware File
Download the package directly from our secure repository. Format a USB 2.0 Drive (8GB–32GB) to FAT32, then extract or copy the raw update package directly to the root folder (do not place it inside nested sub-folders).
