Pre-Ordered & Back-Ordered Items
If your order contains a pre-ordered item (e.g., a new model release), we will ship the available items immediately. Your back-ordered items will be dispatched via separate express shipping as soon as stock is replenished at no extra cost to you.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your Tracking ID.

Address Accuracy Disclaimer
Due to our fast-track processing, there is a very small window to modify addresses. Please contact us immediately at info@roadnavier.com if you need to make changes. Roadnavier is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns & Lost Packages
Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items to our facility in Shenzhen. EU customers exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal are responsible for return shipping costs. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed instructions.
Lost/Stolen Packages: Roadnavier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking states delivered but you haven't received it, please report it to the carrier provided on your Tracking Page immediately.
