We provide remote diagnosis first, then replacement parts, repair or replacement where appropriate.
Returns require prior approval. Unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Installed or used products cannot be returned because of a change of mind.

Does it support the factory backup camera?

Is wire cutting required?
Factory wire cutting is not normally required. The kit is supplied with a vehicle-specific harness and CANBUS components.
Which memory configuration should I choose?
4GB + 64GB is suitable for basic daily use. We recommend 6GB + 128GB or 8GB + 128GB for customers who use multiple apps, navigation and music frequently.
