Returns require prior approval. Unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Installed or used products cannot be returned because of a change of mind.

The screen is designed to fit the original dashboard location using the factory mounting points and vehicle-specific wiring harness.
Special factory configurations: Some vehicles with factory navigation, 360° camera, front camera or certain driver-information systems may use different CAN-BUS configurations. See the Exception Path at the bottom of this page if your vehicle has these options.

Yes. The system uses a dual-system design, allowing you to switch between the Android interface and the original factory multimedia interface.
Will my steering wheel controls still work?
Yes. The system supports the original steering wheel controls and center-console multimedia joystick.
Does it work with the factory Bose system?
Yes. The system is designed to retain the original factory amplifier, including Bose-equipped vehicles.
Does it retain the original backup camera?
Yes, the original backup camera is supported. Vehicles with additional factory front or 360° camera systems should check the Exception Path below.
What is included in the package?
The package includes the 10.25-inch display, vehicle-specific wiring harness, CAN-BUS decoder, GPS antenna, USB cables and mounting hardware.

Most standard Q30/QX30 installations do not require a manual compatibility check.

- Factory front camera
- Factory navigation with information displayed in the instrument cluster
- Traffic Sign Recognition / speed-limit information in the cluster
- Any unusual factory multimedia configuration you are unsure about
On certain configurations, some factory camera or instrument-cluster information may not be retained after the Android upgrade.
