For xeowyn head unit, do not support like below: iPod, original car GPS antenna, original car back up rear camera, original car bluetooth, original car USB as well original car Microphone.

Please take care do not upgrade ROM from Malaysk on forum xda-developers or upgrade others brand app which not provide from xeowyn. Because this kind of action will broken head unit. If you update it by self, you will face the issues like can't update your marshmallow anymore, and you will lost the service of head unit warranty

About shipping
1.If there is customs taxes,buyers need to pay for it.If you have special request,please contact us when you make order.
2,Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
3,Remote area fee excluded, for addresses listed in the Remote areas on DHL/Fedex website, will be charged an extra US$30
4,Usually we use DHL and EMS.if you can choose DHL we suggest you use it. if you prefer other express, please contact with us in time. Please give us your (mobile) phone number during checkout for shipping use, this is very important.
All parcels will be sent within 1-3days usually upon receipt of payment (except weekend and festival)

Warranty and return
All our items are tested 4 times to ensure working properly before shipping and come with a 12-month Manufacture Warranty. The warranty will not cover damage from improper installation, accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, and incorrect voltage operating the unit against the instructions in the owner's manual.
The validtime for replacement is 14 days from the date of receiving the item, if this item has any problem when arriving, please feel free to contact us and please note keep it in original condition.
It is buyer's responsibility to pay for return postage and ship the item back to us. Please inform us of the reason of your order revocation and send us a clear picture or a video as a proof. Items returned to us without a report will not be processed.

Installation:
Please just install this unit by professional technician, also ask them to test it first before installation
Before our sending, we have checked all our items carefully, if you received a broken defective item, just keep the original package and make a photo to us within 3 days

Note:
Installation Fees are out of our control, they must be paid by Buyer.
The price includes no VAT and customs tax, if any fees happen, buyer should pay it by himself
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back
