About shipping

Warranty and return
All our items are tested 4 times to ensure working properly before shipping and come with a 12-month Manufacture Warranty. The warranty will not cover damage from improper installation, accident, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, and incorrect voltage operating the unit against the instructions in the owner's manual.
The validtime for replacement is 14 days from the date of receiving the item, if this item has any problem when arriving, please feel free to contact us and please note keep it in original condition.
It is buyer's responsibility to pay for return postage and ship the item back to us. Please inform us of the reason of your order revocation and send us a clear picture or a video as a proof. Items returned to us without a report will not be processed.

Installation:
Please just install this unit by professional technician, also ask them to test it first before installation
Before our sending, we have checked all our items carefully, if you received a broken defective item, just keep the original package and make a photo to us within 3 days
