What is the difference between 8" and 10.1"?
Only the screen size. Wiring, features, and installation are the same.
Will factory steering-wheel controls still work?
Yes. The included harness/CAN integration retains SWC and OEM functions where applicable.
Can I install it myself?
If you are comfortable removing trim and connecting harnesses, yes. For reverse camera wiring, a pro installer is recommended.

💰 Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

📦 My tracking shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.

Please first check with family members, neighbors, or your front desk. If the parcel is still missing, contact the courier and then reach out to us. We’ll help investigate and resolve the issue.

📦 Do you offer express or priority shipping?

Yes! You can request express shipping for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order for a quote and estimated delivery time.

Refund Policy

 

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
