6. Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to know whether my Fusion has SYNC 1, SYNC 2 or SYNC 3?
No. You do not need to identify the SYNC generation yourself. Start by checking that your vehicle has the supported Automatic Climate Control configuration. If additional information is needed, Roadnavier can verify the configuration before shipment.
Does this fit a Ford Fusion with Manual A/C?
No. This version is designed for supported Ford Fusion models with factory Automatic Climate Control.
Will my factory reverse camera still work?
Factory reverse-camera integration is supported on compatible configurations. If your original camera setup is unusual or different from the standard factory configuration, contact us before ordering.
Which memory version should I choose?
6GB + 128GB is suitable for most users. The 8GB + 128GB version provides additional memory for heavier Android multitasking.

7. Still Not Sure About Your Configuration?

You only need to contact us if your dashboard does not match the supported examples above, you have an unusual factory audio or camera configuration, or you are still unsure about compatibility. Send your vehicle year and a clear photo of the original dashboard and we can check it for you.
