The Nissan Maxima A35 has two Android screen styles and two main factory configurations. Once these are identified, the correct installation path is straightforward.

Low Trim retains the original head unit and climate-control panel, with Android audio routed through AUX. If a function does not work after installation, start with the physical connection related to that function before changing settings.
On Low Trim, check the AUX audio connection first. Confirm all required audio connectors are fully seated.
Check the CANBUS connection and confirm the correct vehicle protocol is selected.
Check the climate-control harness and CANBUS connection.
On the Low Trim Tesla-style installation, check the green CAN protocol wire and decoder connection.
Check the camera video input and reverse-trigger connection where required by the installation.

What is the difference between Low Trim and High Trim installation?
