    This Volvo XC60 Android head unit is available for three different year ranges, and each range uses a different CANBUS decoder and wiring harness.
    Please select the correct year range before ordering:

    • 2009–2010

      • Air conditioning info displays on original upper screen.

      • Plug & Play installation — no modification required.

    • 2011–2014

      • Retains original car menu, rear-view camera, and parking radar.

      • Requires transferring the original screen’s motherboard into the new unit.

      • Comes with mounting bracket and video installation guide.

    • 2015–2017

      • Retains original car menu, rear-view camera, and parking radar.

      • Plug & Play installation — no modification required.

    ⚠️ Tip: Choosing the wrong year range will result in incompatible wiring and CANBUS decoder. Please double-check your vehicle’s production year before purchasing.

    1. Steering wheel controls – Compatible with Volvo XC60 Summum 2.4D 2WD – 2010.

    2. Rear parking radars – Display remains on the original upper screen.

    3. Menu customization – Install APKs from Google Play, but main menu music & phone icons cannot be changed.

    4. Default music/phone app change – Not supported.

    5. NTSC rear camera – Supported (including license plate light position cameras).

    6. Manual camera activation – Supported, can activate without shifting into reverse.

    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link. You can also track your shipment using 17track.net.

    📦 What shipping carriers do you use?

    We partner with trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local logistics providers based on your region to ensure the best balance of speed and reliability.

    💰 Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

    In most cases, duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local customs regulations. If needed, we can mark the package with a lower declared value to help reduce taxes — just leave a note at checkout or contact us.

    📍 What if I entered the wrong address?

    📦 My tracking shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it.

    Please first check with family members, neighbors, or your front desk. If the parcel is still missing, contact the courier and then reach out to us. We’ll help investigate and resolve the issue.

    📦 Do you offer express or priority shipping?

    Yes! You can request express shipping for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order for a quote and estimated delivery time.

    Refund Policy

     

    Cancellation

    You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

    Returns

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
